About this role

The Principal RF Optimization Engineer serves as the subject matter expert for RF optimization within Parallel Wireless’s RF team. The role supports multiple internal groups, including Development and Product Line Management, in addressing technical issues and shaping solutions and products. This position is central to ensuring high-performance mobile networks across 2G/3G/4G/5G using Open RAN and GreenRAN technologies. The engineer will lead RF activities on projects and interface with customers and field teams to meet performance and acceptance requirements.
