Principal Scientist, Analytical Development

About this role
The Principal Scientist will lead analytical development for novel lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) and nucleic acid cargos, driving method development, characterization, and control strategies from platform research through IND. The role partners with formulation, process development, and translational teams, manages external lab/CRO relationships, and supervises junior scientists while maintaining hands-on experimental involvement. This position supports establishing CQAs/CPPs and contributes to technical documentation and regulatory-ready analytical strategies.
