About this role

The Principal Scientist, Analytical Development leads analytical development strategies for small molecule drug substances and products within a virtual network of partners. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for developing, qualifying, and validating GMP analytical methods and control strategies throughout the product lifecycle. The position requires deep technical expertise in analytical chemistry and cross-functional collaboration to support clinical pipeline advancement and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

Lead analytical method development, qualification, validation, and transfer for small molecule drug substances and products
Develop and implement phase-appropriate analytical control strategies, specifications, and stability programs
Manage external CRO/CMO partners and provide technical leadership for analytical troubleshooting and investigations
