About this role
The Principal Scientist, Drug Discovery will lead early-stage discovery programs to identify new molecular entities and technologies for animal health, advancing targets from ideation through preclinical proof-of-concept. The role collaborates across internal research groups and external partners (industry and academia) and reports to the Distinguished Scientist and Global Head, R&D Liaison and Discovery – Non-infectious Diseases. The position is based at the company’s Animal Health Headquarters in Rahway, NJ.
