Principal Scientist

This Principal Scientist role leads scale-up activities from bench to pilot scale (200L–2000L) for advanced cell and gene therapy products at Sanofi. As a technical cornerstone of the Upstream Scale-Up Laboratory, the incumbent drives process understanding, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment without direct people management responsibilities. The position requires translating bench-scale learnings into robust, scalable processes through engineering rigor and hands-on laboratory proficiency.
