About this role

The Principal Scientist will support Precision's biopharmaceutical clients by implementing strategic scientific plans for translational medicine research, primarily in the Immuno-Oncology and autoimmune/inflammatory space. This role involves designing and developing innovative immunophenotyping and antigen-specific assays, communicating progress to clients, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The position also includes mentoring junior scientists, training technical staff, and providing technical expertise to the laboratory.

Responsibilities

Design and implement innovative immunophenotyping and cell-based assays for clients
Mentor and lead the Flow Laboratory team while conducting performance reviews
Write and implement standard operating procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
