Principal Scientist

This role serves as a scientific leader for the development of long-acting injectable drug products, including depot formulations and sustained-release systems, across small molecules, peptides, and biologics. The position involves providing technical leadership on cross-functional teams to shape formulation strategy, optimize release mechanisms, and ensure product quality from preclinical development through commercialization. The successful candidate will mentor junior scientists and contribute to regulatory submissions and manufacturing scale-up.
