About this role

The Semiconductor Materials Engineer will design, fabricate, and characterize advanced semiconductor devices using novel single-crystal diamond wafer technology. Working in a highly collaborative cleanroom and lab environment, the role focuses on experimental development and iterative improvement of device structures and materials. The engineer will own device performance analysis and contribute to materials integration for high-power and RF applications.
