About this role

As a Principle Site Reliability Engineer, you will lead the reliability, scalability, and modernization of DigiCert's cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. This role involves defining SLOs, architecting cloud-native migrations, and building automation tooling to enhance platform performance and reduce operational toil. You will also mentor engineering teams and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant cloud operations.

Responsibilities

Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for critical platform services
Architect and execute migration strategies to cloud-native patterns and managed services
Build and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform across multi-cloud environments
Develop internal tooling and automation to reduce operational burden for development teams
Mentor engineers on SRE principles and lead blameless post-mortems for systemic improvements
