Principal Software Engineer, Ads
About this role
Principal Software Engineer (L7) on Reddit’s Ads Engineering team will serve as the technical anchor across the ads product portfolio, including Ad Formats, Ads Manager, Ads Safety, and Solutions Engineering. This product-oriented leadership role defines architecture and technical direction for the next 3–5 years to enable rapid iteration while maintaining high technical standards. The role reports to the Senior Director of Engineering and works across Consumer Product, Core Infrastructure, and Trust & Safety leadership.
