The Principal Software Engineer will lead hands-on engineering to build a cloud-native, multi-tenant AI-powered ERP platform focused on architecture, core ERP systems, and deep AI integration. The role involves shaping foundational ERP modules (HRIS, Payroll, Workforce and Quality Management), embedding AI across workflows, and operationalizing production-grade automations. You will work closely with AI automation specialists to translate strategy into scalable architecture, clean APIs, and reliable, production-ready systems.
