About this role

As a Principal Software Engineer - Lead Metrics & Tools Specialist at RTX, you will lead data integration, metric automation, and performance visibility for a large radar software program supporting over 10 engineering teams. Responsibilities

Define, collect, and analyze execution metrics across multiple engineering teams
Configure Jira backlogs, workflows, boards, and dashboards for accurate tracking
Build automated dashboards and data pipelines to reduce manual reporting
