Principal Solution Architect

The Principal Solution Architect serves as the architectural leader for the PMI US Direct landscape, owning the technology direction and architectural coherence across consumer-facing experiences and supporting capabilities. This role focuses on Front-End, Digital Experience, and Commerce while providing strategic oversight across Identity, Loyalty, and other cross-domain Direct platforms. The position ensures the delivery of cohesive, scalable, and future-ready solutions while representing US business needs within the broader Direct to Consumer Architecture community.
