Principal Solution Architect

The Principal Solution Architect serves as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them transform their Accounts Payable and invoice processing processes through Serrala's solutions. This customer-facing role involves partnering with Sales and Implementation teams to design solution approaches, deliver impactful demonstrations, and provide expertise on AP automation, e-invoicing, and ERP integrations. The position requires translating complex business requirements into scalable solution designs while representing the company at industry events.
