About this role

This role focuses on driving operational excellence by leading Continuous Improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites using Lean methodologies. The incumbent will lead end-to-end process optimization, execute cross-functional projects, and build a sustainable culture of improvement while eliminating waste and enhancing quality.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process optimization using Lean tools and methodologies.
Drive Zero-Defect initiatives and conduct Relentless Root Cause Analysis.
Plan and facilitate Kaizen events to track measurable business impact.
Build Lean capability by training and coaching teams on problem-solving.
Establish KPI dashboards to monitor performance metrics and provide updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in EngineeringLean or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification5-8 years of manufacturing experience
