Implement and maintain Earned Value Management systems
Develop quarterly estimates and monthly latest revised estimates
Provide financial guidance to program managers and cost accountants
Analyze variances and support cost, schedule, and financial reporting
Review financial reports, presentations, and proposals for accuracy
