Principal SST Reliability Lead

The Principal SST Reliability Lead defines, prototypes, and scales next-generation power systems for Enphase Energy's Office of the CTO. This role focuses on translating real-world environmental stress into quantitative test plans to expose failure modes before products reach the field. The position requires owning the reliability lifecycle from architecture through production, including mission profiles, physics-of-failure models, and accelerated life tests. The successful candidate will work hands-on with hardware to ensure product lifetime and drive design changes based on data.
