A Principal Structural Engineer will establish and grow the structural engineering capability in Nottingham within the Midlands Buildings & Places team. The role involves leading design delivery from concept to construction, providing technical leadership, and building strong client relationships to drive business growth. The incumbent will work independently to set up a new local team before transitioning into a full-time team leader position.
