Principal Supplier Quality Engineer

The Principal Supplier Quality Engineer serves as the senior technical authority embedded in Asia, leading rigorous supplier audits and resolving complex quality issues for Halter's component suppliers. This role involves collaborating directly with suppliers and Halter's design teams to ensure production standards are met, driving root cause analysis, and building supplier capability across the region. The position requires a high degree of autonomy to manage a portfolio of suppliers and act as the technical bridge between the Asia supply base and the Auckland headquarters.
