Principal Systems Engineer / Systems Architect – Modular Weapons GRA

The Principal Systems Engineer and Systems Architect will lead the evolution of the Weapons Government Reference Architecture (GRA) and Weapons Open Systems Architecture (WOSA) into an implementable, modular framework for conventional weapon systems. This role involves architecting and managing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) efforts, defining interface standards, and creating model‑based severable data packages to enable greater industrial‑base competition, technology insertion, and scalable production. The incumbent will communicate complex technical concepts to senior leaders and coordinate with government program offices, digital engineering teams, and industry partners.
