About this role

The Head of Talent Management & Workforce Planning at Aurora leads the development and continuous improvement of talent management, strategic workforce planning, and performance review functions to support long-term organizational success. This senior, cross-functional role partners with executive leadership to align workforce strategies with business goals and scale talent programs across the company. The position is based in-office at least three days per week and may be located in Mountain View, San Francisco, Pittsburgh, or Seattle.
