About this role

Aurora is hiring a senior HR leader to shape organizational capabilities through the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Talent Management, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Performance Review functions. The Head of Talent Management & Workforce Planning will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align workforce strategies with business goals and drive long-term organizational success. This role is based at Aurora offices (locations include Mountain View, San Francisco, Pittsburgh, or Seattle) and includes eligibility for bonus, equity, and benefits.
