Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Technical Architect to join the PACE Solution Engineering organization, focusing on the convergence of Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce. This business ownership role requires acting as a trusted advisor to lead complex customer engagements, translating sophisticated marketing and data challenges into compelling solution architectures. The ideal candidate will drive technical wins that create real pipeline and revenue impact while partnering with Account Executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead customer-facing technical engagements including discovery and solution architecture
Own the technical win across complex multi-product deals spanning Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud
Architect enterprise-grade solutions at the convergence of marketing technology and AI
Design and articulate how Data Cloud serves as the foundation for AI-driven marketing automation
Independently manage a book of business including pipeline and engagement quality
