Swimlane
This role serves as the senior technical authority in Japan, focusing on advanced enterprise support, major incident leadership, and complex issue resolution for Swimlane's Agentic AI security operations platform. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, architecture knowledge, and bilingual communication in Japanese and English to ensure platform stability and customer confidence. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive long-term success and mentor junior engineers.
