We are seeking a Senior Customer Value Lead to own and operationalize FinThrive's Customer Value Enablement operating model as a formal enterprise-level program. This role will establish execution roadmaps and define success metrics to drive measurable improvements in customer performance and revenue cycle outcomes while partnering with Customer Success, Product, and Analytics teams.
