The role partners across HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to shape long-term and in-year workforce plans and support labor governance and financial guardrails. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Workforce Planning, the position emphasizes analytics, product and process innovation, and stakeholder engagement to enable business and talent strategies.
