Principal

The Principal role coordinates and schedules routine and outage electrical maintenance work for plant electricians while managing overtime, vacation scheduling, and work order priorities. This position utilizes a CMMS to track equipment history and costs, collaborates with maintenance planners on preventative maintenance programs, and assists in developing shutdown schedules for major outages. The role also involves training electricians on new equipment and techniques, ensuring compliance with safety policies, and managing the organization of the electrical shop and equipment.
