Principal

The Principal serves as the administrative officer of the school, providing educational, instructional, and operational leadership while reporting directly to the Executive Director of High Schools. This role models integrity and ethical behavior for all stakeholders and leads initiatives aligned with the District's strategic plan to improve educational programs and build an equitable community. The position involves planning, organizing, and evaluating school programs, managing staffing and budgetary decisions, and maintaining positive relationships with staff and the community.
