About this role

As an ECAD Designer at RTX Collins Aerospace, you will lead the execution of complex printed circuit board layouts for rigid, flexible, and high-density interconnect designs. This role involves managing technical constraints, developing comprehensive documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to deliver products that meet rigorous aerospace standards.

Responsibilities

Execute complex multilayer PCB layout designs including rigid and flexible assemblies
Manage electrical and physical constraints such as high-speed and high-voltage requirements
Develop and maintain comprehensive ECAD documentation packages for fabrication and assembly
Communicate design status and technical risks to engineering stakeholders and program teams
Incorporate design for manufacturability and test principles throughout the layout process
