About this role

As a Senior Principal Engineer in High Voltage Plant Discipline, you will lead the delivery of international electricity grid projects, from high-voltage transmission to industrial distribution systems. You will manage client relationships, oversee detailed design deliverables for HV and EHV substations, and provide engineering support throughout construction and commissioning phases. This role requires mentoring junior engineers, leading Protection & Control design, and ensuring interdisciplinary coordination for complex power infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of HV plant engineering projects for global clients
Produce detailed design drawings and documentation for substations
Conduct fault current calculations and relay settings optimization
Mentor engineers and manage team performance
Coordinate interdisciplinary efforts and support tendering activities

Skills

Qualifications
