Print and Pattern Manager Assistant

This role supports the Print and Pattern Manager in creating, developing, and executing seasonal prints, patterns, and colors from concept through production. The position serves as a creative liaison between design, merchant, product development, sourcing, and technical teams to ensure brand-appropriate and production-ready prints. Responsibilities include preparing print packages, maintaining seasonal charts, approving color strike-offs, and collaborating with global partners to resolve development challenges.
