Printing and Mail Clerk

Under the supervision of the Printing and Mailroom Supervisor, this position operates production printing equipment and processes incoming and outgoing mail and packages within a centralized mail service. The role involves receiving, sorting, and delivering mail for various civic departments and agencies, as well as managing postage accounts and reconciling charges. The incumbent is responsible for preparing and operating envelope inserters, handling printing requests, and maintaining print and mailroom equipment to ensure optimal performance.
