The Prior Authorization Coordinator supports pharmacy benefit operations by managing the intake, tracking, and resolution of prior authorization, appeal, reimbursement, and grievance requests while ensuring regulatory requirements are met. The role also handles the pharmacy medical exception line to address provider and member inquiries and provides general administrative support for documentation and communications.
