Prior Authorization Guidelines Specialist I (CPhT)

The role provides technical and administrative support to the Fee‑For‑Service Medicaid department, working directly with client teams, Clinical Program Managers, Clinical Specialists, and PA Guidelines staff to create and maintain pharmacy information, including medication request guidelines, forms, and electronic rules. Responsibilities include creating PA guideline documents, managing the medication request process, communicating with clients, and serving as a subject‑matter expert on prior authorization procedures.
