Privacy Counsel

This role leads FortisBC’s privacy management program, ensuring compliance with privacy legislation and regulatory requirements while providing legal advice on privacy, AI, cybersecurity, and data governance. The position serves as the primary liaison with privacy regulators and oversees privacy program governance, risk management, and incident response. It also involves providing contract support for the Information Systems business unit and managing external legal counsel as needed.
