About this role

The Private Client Trainee is a short-term role designed to fast-track licensing individuals who aspire to become a Private Client Advisor but do not yet hold all required licenses. The role focuses on studying for and obtaining necessary FINRA and insurance licenses while supporting the Mass Affluent client base with investment solutions and financial wellness planning. Upon successful completion of the trainee program, the individual will transition into a Private Client Advisor position.

Grow new clients and expand existing relationships with investable assets
Host holistic Financial Wellness conversations and complete comprehensive financial plans
Provide comprehensive needs-based financial solutions and investment services
