Private Duty LPN/RN- Raywick

This role provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, identifying health-related problems and implementing appropriate interventions to promote standard health practices. The position reports to the Director of Patient Care Services and involves maintaining patient safety, teaching self-care techniques, and adhering to agency policies and clinical progress notes. The nurse must maintain a valid Kentucky nursing license and participate in an on-call schedule to address patient care needs outside regular hours.
