About this role
This home health nursing role provides one-on-one care to patients in their residences in the Oak Ridge/Knoxville, TN area under a physician-directed care plan. The position supports a wide range of patient acuity levels, from basic medical management to medically fragile and end-of-life care. Nurses build long-term relationships with patients due to the ongoing nature of the benefit program and collaborate closely with CNAs, HHAs, case managers, and physicians. Scheduling is highly flexible, accommodating anything from brief weekly visits to full 8- and 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
