Private Equity Fund Accountant

This role involves managing Private Equity fund accounting processes, including reviewing LPA covenants, processing capital calls and distributions, and validating GAAP data. The position requires coordinating with development teams on system testing, producing client reports, and interacting with auditors and client personnel for data acquisition and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting, finance, or economics, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
