About this role

We are seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to act as a subject matter expert for fund structures, investor economics, and complex accounting treatments. This role involves reviewing journal entries, validating capital activities, and preparing quarterly financial statements under US GAAP/IFRS while ensuring audit readiness. You will support AVPs/VPs in interpreting governing documents, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements on our automation initiatives using platforms like Investran.

Responsibilities

Act as SME for fund structures and carried interest calculations
Review and validate journal entries and reconciliations
Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements under US GAAP
Support regulatory reporting and investor tax pack preparation
Mentor junior accountants on technical concepts and system usage
