Private Funds / Alternative Assets Associate

A junior to mid-level associate joins the Alternative Asset Opportunities team to advise sophisticated institutional investors and asset managers on bespoke alternative asset transactions. The role involves working at the intersection of private fund secondaries, recapitalizations, co-invests, and cross-border deals across various asset classes. Associates will handle transaction structuring, diligence, and document negotiation while collaborating with tax, regulatory, and litigation colleagues.
