Poarch Band of Creek Indians
The PRM Quality Assurance Specialist supports the FSQA Manager and Plant Manager in maintaining and strengthening the facility’s food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance programs. This role serves as a key resource for food safety, quality, documentation, testing, audits, employee training, and continuous improvement. The specialist will also learn and train in harvest and fabrication operations to ensure food safety requirements are properly understood and followed throughout the facility.
Poarch Band of Creek Indians (Poarch Creek Indians) is a federally recognized Native American tribe headquartered in Atmore, Alabama — the only tribe in the state with federal recognition. The tribe operates tribal government and a portfolio of economic enterprises, including gaming and hospitality properties under the Wind Creek umbrella, to fund services and development for tribal members and the region.
