The Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is an experienced, PRN inpatient clinician joining Intermountain Health’s Salt Lake Valley hospitalist team to provide care for hospitalized patients on general medicine floors. The role supports care across Intermountain Medical Center, LDS Hospital, and via tele-health, working daytime 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays. Providers must submit availability for at least two shifts per month with shifts not guaranteed.
