PRN- Intake Coordinator

The Intake Coordinator serves as the primary point of entry for in-patient admissions, managing daily intake operations including phone triage, scheduling, and documentation. This role involves financial counseling, insurance verification, and coordinating with clinical staff, business offices, and external insurance providers to ensure timely patient admissions. Coordinators also provide overload support to the call center and facilitate pre-registration and data collection for potential patients.
