PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Vertis Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to join their rehabilitation team at an assisted living facility in Indianapolis. This role involves providing skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to help residents improve their independence, safety, and functional mobility. The position offers approximately 6–8 hours per week and includes responsibilities such as documentation, collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, and leading wellness programs.
