PRN Registered Nurse Midshift

This role provides professional nursing care for patients in the emergency room, triaging each patient and determining the priority of care based on their medical complaint or current symptoms. The nurse promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary team members. The position requires direct patient care, assisting physicians during exams and procedures, and performing various clinical tasks as ordered. The role also involves recognizing and effectively treating life-threatening conditions while maintaining accurate medical records.
