PRN Registered Nurse for the Pediatric Short Stay Unit at Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital providing short-term hospital-level care and observation for children requiring less than 24–48 hours of treatment. The 10-bed unit manages acute illnesses, post-operative recovery, and diagnostic observation. This as-needed role works variable shifts and may float to the Pediatric Emergency Department.
