About this role
The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults. The role performs patient evaluations and re-evaluations, establishes individualized treatment and discharge plans based on physician referrals, and provides family/caregiver training and education. The clinician also manages patient cases and may precept students and supervise clinical fellowship staff.
