About this role
A Therapist at Rogers Behavioral Health delivers clinical care for patients with mental and behavioral health concerns across acute care settings (inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient). The role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate social services interventions and supports patient stabilization and recovery. This is a PRN (as-needed) position eligible for new-employee retention bonuses for in-training and fully licensed hires.
