Pro Services Manager

This role leads sales and profitability for the Pro business within a designated territory, utilizing marketing methodologies to drive growth and build account relationships. The incumbent monitors key performance indicators for professional customers, collaborates with executive merchant and regional manager teams, and uses customer satisfaction data to refine local strategies. Daily responsibilities include prospecting new clients, developing pricing strategies, analyzing local market opportunities, executing sales presentations, and securing orders through RFQs and RFPs.
